Return & Refund Policy
Within 30 days of your purchase, you can easily return it for a refund if you're not entirely happy. You can use the guidelines below to file a return request on your order page. We'll try our hardest to comply with your request. First and foremost, please make sure to contact us by email at [email protected].
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returns must be made in their original packaging.
- IUnauthorized returns of goods will not be allowed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item must be undamaged or unopened, tagged, and in its original packing, in the exact state that it was when you received it. The purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
- Customers are required to utilize a delivery method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging objects.
Non-returnable items:
- On sale items are non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Orders cannot currently be swapped online. To receive a refund for the original product, you must return it and buy the replacement item separately.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Costs
- If you are returning something internationally, your refund will be less the return fee. You will need to file a dispute with the carrier if your things are lost in transit. If you want to return items to us via your own method, refunds will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse. Orders that surpass the customs barrier may subject you to importation and custom tax charges.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Refunds
We will notify you via email that your return has been received and will be examined, as soon as possible. To approve or reject your return, we will also send you a notification.
In the event that you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, within two to three business days, a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
General Return Process
- Select the products you would like to return or exchange by logging into your account or looking up a prior order.
- Items that need to be returned can be shipped back using the given return label and the original packing.
- We'll keep track of the things you're returning to us and notify you when they do.
- Your returned goods will be examined, processed, and refunded as soon as they arrive back at our warehouse!
